'Bread Baking Day o evento mensal para apaixonados por fazer pão e para os padeiros.
Fazer, divulgar receitas e experiências sobre pão no primeiro dia de cada mês.'

Este mês é especial, pelo facto, de comemorar o quinto aniversário desta iniciativa, onde o tema é Pão com Cerveja.
Este pão ficou estaladiço, particularidade dada pela cerveja, e com gosto a farinheira.
Ingredientes:
200ml de cerveja preta Sagres
3 colheres de sopa de azeite
1 colher de sopa de mel
2 chávenas de chá de farinha de trigo
1 chávena de chá de farinha de milho
1 colher de chá de sal
1 cubo de fermento fresco de padeiro
1 farinheira
Preparação na máquina de fazer pão
1. Colocar todos os ingredientes pela ordem indicada na cuba da máquina, menos a farinheira.
2. Escolher o programa básico, para pão de 750grs e cor média.
3. Quando a máquina apitar colocar a farinheira, sem pele na cuba e fechar a tampa.
4. Quando acabar o programa desenformar e servir.
Preparação à mão:
1. Numa tigela junte as farinhas e o sal e mexa.
2. Noutra junte os líquidos, ou seja, a cerveja, o mel, o azeite e o fermento.
3. Faça uma cova nos ingredientes secos e junte os líquidos, até ter uma massa homogénea e que não se agarre às mão (se precisar adicione mais um pouco de farinha de trigo). Sove durante 10 minutos.
4. Tape a tigela com película aderente e deixe descansar durante 1 hora.
5. Amasse e abra ao meio e junte a farinheira, sem pele, inteira ou partida.
6. Leve ao forno a 180 Cº até estar cozido.
